Where is HP print and scan doctor 4.9 going to collect this incorrect variable from? I can access my internet e mail account just fine? so where is the problem? I do not know where HP is collecting the wrong information parameter from? I have no problem connecting to the internet and searching youtube. There are several other places where the address is called out as being 192.168.1.1 without the two extra 00 at the end. My IP address is 192.168.1.100 there are two extra digits past the 1 at the end.

I get an error report let me quote: “Http://192.168.1.1” this parameter incorrect? I am still using Windows XP Service Pack three. I download it just fine, it gets about half way through the green bar (showing Progress) but it never finishes.
